When I came to American Plastic Molding twenty three years ago, there were 15 employees in 8,000 square feet of working space. Now we have exploded in size to 130 employees working three shifts and have over 110,000 square feet of working space. Even with all of the changes one thing has remained constant...that is our complete focused attention to quality and customer satisfaction. Continuous improvement is the foundation of American Plastic Molding's management philosophy. I don't think it would be possible to grow our business to include over 200 regular customers unless we were always striving to advance our systems, our facilities, and our people. It is a real privilege to manage a company so dedicated - from top to bottom - with people who take great pride in producing quality parts for their customers! In addition to the people, we have the right equipment to get the job done. Over the years American Plastic Molding has implemented a 'one source' long term strategy designed to deliver quality parts for competitive prices. Customer satisfaction is not just a slogan around here - it's our way of life. |
