Plant Manager
As the Plant Manager, Alan has a presence in every aspect of APM's manufacturing efforts. Over his twenty-five year tenure with APM, Alan has been instrumental in the growth of the company from an injection molding company to a full service manufacturing firm providing finished goods assembly, product development services, supply chain sourcing and management, as well as inventory management and distribution. Alan's team utilizes Lean manufacturing principles in minimizing waste through the elimination of unnecessary WIP, product handling, and non-value- added operations.
In today's volatile business climate, many of our competitors are becoming unstable or insolvent, resulting in unique opportunities for APM. Alan's team members have become experts in transitioning our customers' existing products and tooling from their current suppliers to APM, ensuring seamless transitions in a compressed time frame.
