With over 70 years of cumulative experience in the sourcing and purchasing group, Cliff has an experienced team qualifying and managing our extensive domestic and international supply base. Cliff focuses much of his efforts on evaluation of the value stream for purchased product and services, implementing Lean concepts to eliminate waste and shorten delivery cycles.
Cliff and his team consistently apply measurement metrics to ensure vendor performance goals are met.
Cliff is also the driving force behind cost reduction initiatives with APM's vendors, striving for "win-win" scenarios for both vendors and customers.
